Old Foodways: Coming late August/Early September
My ever time consuming project! Started in the 1990s as the "Living History Cookery Book" and evolved into the "Historic Kitchen" and then the "Kitchen Historian" a few years ago.
My interest in historic foodways is expansive, starting from Roman times up until about 1950, though much of my preference ranges around English (and also Canadian and American) cookery starting from the early 17th century. This will, no doubt, reflect in the content from tested recipes to artwork and menus to transcribed books and manuscripts.

Stumbling into Historic Cookery: Ramblings about food, cookery and dining through the ages. (blog)

Recipe a Day: Bringing Middle English recipes to 21st century readers. (blog) this was originally intended to be updated daily, however summer vacations/holidays has haulted progress a bit.
